Do you know what's in your skincare?

Nasties You Won't Find at Little Herbs.

It takes only 26 seconds for ingredients in your skincare to reach your bloodstream. That's not long! Many ingredients found in cosmetic and skin care products are highly toxic and plenty more that are hazardous. It's wise to check your cosmetics and personal care items to see just how many of them contain ingredients that should be avoided because they are simply not skin-safe!

The main label may say that that the product contains natural ingredients or 'Herbal Extracts', but this is no guarantee that the product is as healthy as it sounds. It may contain harmful toxins, synethic chemicals, petroleum derivatives or from animal sources - so you do need to check the small print.

Here is some information on ingredients which are often used in cosmetics products. This is information which is freely available in the public domain - as well as a lot more information on a lot more common ingredients.  It's also worth remembering that if you are worried about any ingredients in the products you use, it is as well to seek professional medical advice.

And - oh dear - that's just the start!  There are plenty more ingredients used in everyday cosmetics and skincare products, never mind other household items.  But you can see from the list above that it's worth researching well.

Rest assured, though, that NOTHING like that goes into any Little Herb. Truly.
